All wooden toys are handcrafted and may have slight variations from photos due to the natural characteristics of wood. We strive to represent colors and designs accurately, but slight differences may occur. Custom orders require a 50% deposit and have different cancellation policies.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Free shipping applies to orders over $150. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if unused and in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.
